The Human Resource (HR) Unit is responsible for building the capabilities and competencies of the JWS management team. It does this by providing a suitable work environment which allows each individual to grow to his best potential. In addition to the above the unit looks after the day to day administrative work of the institution, and is responsible for ensuring that all procurements are in accordance with PPAF guidelines and procedures.
