Sustainable economic development and social empowerment for all
  Non Financial Services

To address the social and economic issues confronted by poor peoples, we are providing Non-financial Services other then microfinance. These services include:
Jinnah Ambulance Services:
The Ambulance Service is for the rural areas of district Gujranwala to serve the communities of far-long areas where the emergency medical services are inadequate. This service includes first aid medical facility and Patient transfer service.
Health Camps:
Inadequate Health care facilities in poorly resourced communities have left the people to barely fight with numerous diseases and suffering from easily preventable diseases. We have taken the initiative to organize Health Camps in such remote locations and arrange for medical teams, medical supplies and medicines to benefit the poor. Besides this, healthcare, cost-effective health care management and hygiene awareness education is provided to women as they have pivotal role in safeguarding the family heath.

Food Distribution in Flood Affected Areas:
Heavy Floods across the Country especially in Central Punjab have caused homes to collapse and badly damaged the standing crops. People were displaced and hundreds of women and children had no option but to reside in open sky without basic food facilities. JWS was one of the organizations which quickly responded by providing them food and other necessities. A Holistic strategy was adopted to rashly approach the affected peoples and distributed different food items amongst the affectees. Ambulance Service was on ground to help out the affected peoples to take them out.

Livestock Vaccination Campaign:
In rural areas the floods have caused many viral livestock diseases. Different kinds of animal diseases poured out in flooding areas due to standing water, inadequate feed, and an upsurge in infectious diseases. JWS launched vaccination campaign in these areas. The Veterinary doctors’ team visited the affected villages and carried out livestock vaccination. During vaccination the farmers’ community was also sensitized about livestock management, viral diseases and its prevention. Animal vaccination was carried out for three days in affected areas.
Medical Camps:
JWS Started its relief and health care activities in flood affected areas of Wazirabad, Sialkot and Jalalpur Jattan areas. The Medical Camps were organized for general public to facilitate them by providing free check up, medical supplies and medicines. The serious patients were referred to nearby hospital through Ambulance service after the first aid treatment.
